We have grown steadily for more than 20 years to provide care to local homecare clients with locally managed teams of caring staff and providing experienced care staff, support workers and qualified nurses to placements all over the North West. Head Office and Branch Personnel
A1 Nursing and Homecare Agency Ltd. is led by the directors based at our Head Office in Wigan, and working in conjunction with teams in each of the branches. Each team of staff is led by experienced, skilled and appropriately qualified managers:
1) Our Nurse Managers are registered Nurses who are responsible for the recruitment and selection of all qualified nurses.
2) Our Care Managers are responsible for the care plans of all clients, and the recruitment and placement of care staff with clients. Each branch has a rostering team reporting to the managers. Their job is to make sure that all clients appointments are covered by appropriate staff.
